I’ve setup a rule to create a ticket whenever the inventory of a part is low. 

However, our ordering group has to go to parts explorer to determine which part is low. 

Is there a way to include that in the ticket?

The best route to take here would be to add an email alert rule for your ordering group. This will make sure your ordering group receives the dynamic email template which contains the link that will take them right to the inventory / part entity that is low or out.
