When a user submits a ticket, is there a way for them to see all assets listed in their assigned room so they don’t have to pick from a list of models they’re unfamiliar with?
I always find myself unlinking the asset from the ticket and selecting the appropriate asset assigned to their classroom.
IIQ already knows what’s in the user’s assigned room because that’s how I quickly link the new asset.
Can this feature be enabled upon ticket creation?

Do you have MyClasses enabled? If the teacher is assigned to the room via SIS, the assets in that room should pop up, as well as the student devices.
Additionally, a user can favorite the devices that will be in their room. Here is an idea to upvote about creating a rule to apply favorite (devices to be placed within the room show up automatically as a favorite for those users) https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas/rule%2Dto%2Dassign%2Dfavorites%2D2419
