When students cause damage to a chromebook I need to submit a subticket to our person who manages invoicing parents.  For example, when a student breaks a screen.  Right now I can trigger the subticket creation for a chromebook display but I only need to generate one for chromebook>display>broken screen.  Is there a way to do this?

@STPittsinger Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

You can add multiple layers for the rule to trigger the subticket for your parent invoices.

Additionally, you can add roles for the students. Just make sure you have a ticket template for the sub ticket so that it will be created.

Let me know if you need any additional help. 😀

I must have missed something.  The subticket was created but it didn’t get assigned to the correct agent.  Where do I setup the agent who the subticket should be assigned to?

Thank you.

@STPittsinger Add an action! You can have it assigned to that exact person via action! 😄
