Can you make a custom view that displays specific resolution actions added by a specific person? Ultimately I am curious how many times I’m adding a certain action even if the ticket is not currently in my name? I tried going through analytics explorer and ticket views but came up empty. 

@bclark yes, if you go to all tickets you can filter by the specific user(s) and resolution action(s). 

Under all tickets, select the add filters from the top right corner. Under User Filters, select Agent then narrow down to the specific agent(s) you would like to view.

 

To add the filter for Resolution Action, select add filter > Workflow Filters > Resolution Action > select the action you would like to track. 

 

This should create the view you are looking for and you can save it as a Custom View from there.


That’s what I tried initially but it only shows tickets that are currently in my name. How can I see the tickets, that are in another agent’s name, where I added that action?
