I searched through the community but I am not seeing quite what I need.

 

We have a Principal who wants to view the tickets for his building.  Is it possible to make him an agent and give him view only access?  Can we make it so he can only see his building?  Regardless, of whether he can see all tickets or only his building - the more important question is the 1st one.  Can he get view only access?

 

I know he can be added as a follower if we need to go that route.  But I don’t believe you can view closed tickets and he wants the ability to look at those.

This is definitely a feature that could be setup for either this single user, or after looking into your guys’ district, you could even create a team for Principals and then assign these permissions to this team! It looks like you guys were able to create a handful of other teams, but ill leave a knowledge base article link for teams and permissions for you! I also added a few screen shots of the options within permissions, and showing the filter to add on top so they could only see tickets at their assigned location!
