When tickets are submitted and we need to exchange a device to retire some times the option does not show up . I have checked the groups permission for the people that submit the ticket and the box is checked . Is there another place i should be looking ?

under the asset on the right side


@EPalmer 883df49 bvp gotcha. You are referring to the ‘exchange’ option that is usually next to ‘unlink’?
