We would like to get a breakdown of chromebook issues by grade level. Anyone have an idea of how to get started with this? I tend to hit functionality snags when filtering tickets. Can this be done through IQ or do I need to export the data into Excel to sort and filter? Thanks!

You can do this through the Analytics but I’ve not looked at that much myself. I prefer to create a ticket view, export it, and then create a chart/graph in Google Sheets.
What snags are you running into with filtering?
I created a new view in tickets, applied date range and issue categories. Under columns, there is no grade level. Only way to acomplish this is to add grade in as a filter and then do the report for each grade.
Once the view is created, I can click on analytics. When I go down to issue categories, they do not show a count unless I hover over each column. Save as PDF or image is pointless as it still doesn’t give the data.
I just wish it was easier to get the data instead of always having to export it and manipulate it in Excel.
I agree. I was disappointed with the analytics dashboard when I first looked at it. It’s OK as a reference point/to make sure my ticket views are correct, but it doesn’t give have the flexibility I’d like.
Probably something to put in the Idea Exchange.
