Comment from sub ticket to parent ticket

We have a situation where agents would like to see comments from subtickets automatically added to the parent ticket on save. We are a moderately large school district and silo tickets based on campus location. They don't have access to see all tickets universally. 

Even with that, it seems less intuitive to need to navigate to the sub ticket for the comments to know what was done to complete the ticket.
