Hi, I need your help. Is there a way to undelete deleted tickets? Some of our agents deleted a ticket by mistake. Please let us know. We appreciate the support!

If you have the permissions, you can see the deleted tickets under the “Tickets” left nav. 

You are able to restore the ticket by changing the status, select the ticket from the menu and modify the status:
