I want to create a ticket filter that will show me all tickets that were last updated by a specific agent, and/or all tickets that were ever updated by a specific agent. Doesn’t seem like a very straightforward way to do this, if there is a way.
Is this for tickets assigned to that agent? If so, you can filter by the agent to pull up all the tickets assigned to them
No, this would be to search for any ticket that an agent updated whether or not they were the agent.
