Create a filter for ticket last updated by agent

I want to create a ticket filter that will show me all tickets that were last updated by a specific agent, and/or all tickets that were ever updated by a specific agent. Doesn’t seem like a very straightforward way to do this, if there is a way.

Is this for tickets assigned to that agent? If so, you can filter by the agent to pull up all the tickets assigned to them 😄

No, this would be to search for any ticket that an agent updated whether or not they were the agent.

@KBremner 76000e4 mtbluersd There is no way to filter by the activity specifically, as stated above. However, there is an idea to upvote about being able to pull up an agent’s activity within their user profile. Please take a moment to upvote and comment on this thread!

@RAleman 670490e pasadenaisd There is no update at this time; the best place to look for one will be on the activity log for agents idea linked above.
