I want to create a ticket filter that will show me all tickets that were last updated by a specific agent, and/or all tickets that were ever updated by a specific agent. Doesn’t seem like a very straightforward way to do this, if there is a way.

+18Is this for tickets assigned to that agent? If so, you can filter by the agent to pull up all the tickets assigned to them 😄
No, this would be to search for any ticket that an agent updated whether or not they were the agent.
