I’m considering creating a ticket for each classroom in a school that we can comment on and resolve when we have the technology in the room ready to go for next school year. I’ll create a custom issue and list each room number (1 per ticket).

 

Is it possible to create these tickets in bulk?

I don’t think there’s a bulk ticket creation, but you could go through and set up a ticket template for each run that is set to run “On a schedule” every year at the date near the end of your school year. It would be tedious to initially set up since you want one for each room, but if it’s something you’re going to do every year then it would save you time in the long run.  


@davecarty as of right now there is not an option to bulk create tickets for multiple locations. You could potentially use @TAnders solution above but I also recommend adding this to Idea Exchange: https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas
