If you create a ticket on behalf of someone else and add a comment to the ticket does the on behalf of receive the comments or just the person who submitted the ticket?

Good Morning,

Everyone on the ticket will receive the comment as long as you make it visible to Requestor.

Hope this makes sense.

You can always adjust notifications via site options as well:

In addition each individual user can also control their own notification settings, so just because we turn it on doesn’t mean they will leave it on. 😉
