Here is an idea that was created for barcodes for rooms so you can see what is inside each room.

I’m trying to provide a way for students and staff to submit a ticket regarding their technology/user/assets/technical request/ and more.
+3You could use a site like QRCode Monkey (https://www.qrcode-monkey.com/) and easily add any URL you’d like it to direct to, in your case maybe the Incident IQ homepage would be best so that staff and student’s can select whichever device they are looking for help with.
