Hi, I’m wanting to create a QR code for classrooms in my building. I was wondering how I would proceed to creating a QR code and making it a functional tool.

What kind of information are you looking to provide within this QR code? Assets? Users? 

I’m trying to provide a way for students and staff to submit a ticket regarding their technology/user/assets/technical request/ and more.

You could use a site like QRCode Monkey (https://www.qrcode-monkey.com/) and easily add any URL you’d like it to direct to, in your case maybe the Incident IQ homepage would be best so that staff and student’s can select whichever device they are looking for help with.

@AVang 9907d07 edenpr I would suggest setting up a remote support ticketing link and plugging it into a QR generator.

Here is an idea that was created for barcodes for rooms so you can see what is inside each room.
