Shortcuts should be able to be created in advance of and independently of working an active ticket. There are solutions and/or situations that I already know we will have tickets on and it would be helpful to have a section where I could go to just create and maybe even preview the shortcut. Basically a Shortcut Editor section that would allow us to view, preview, edit, delete, and create shortcuts.

A side bar button would be nice, but the option to create more than one at a time does exist when you start a new shortcut in a ticket. After you create one the Manage Shortcuts box remains and you can click New Shortcut again on the top right.

I know we can create multiples from within a ticket, but to me it just seems like it shouldn’t take a ticket to build shortcuts.

Currently, you can only view, edit and apply shortcuts after the ticket has been started.

Love the idea of having a centralized location for shortcuts. So you do have to go into a ticket to make a change. Would love to see this in our idea exchange.

Will get a vote from me once added to the idea exchange.

How does something like this get moved to idea exchange? Is there something I have to do, or does it require someone from within iiQ to want it to be in exchange enough to move it?
