Anyone else getting this problem? I have views set up for my HR ticket workflow and none of the custom fields for names/EID’s/Locations are loading. Upon checking other views for assets or tickets, only IIQ fields are loading, not custom fields.

 

All these fields below should have information in them, but nothing is populating this morning.

 

@TAnders Good Morning! I looked into your site, and it looks to be up and running. Is there a specific custom view not reflecting the correct information? 


My 4 views I have for HR tickets, I put in a ticket to the IIQ team and the response I got was there is an issue and the dev team is working on it. I tried incognito windows, alternate browsers, clearing my cache and still nothing on my side.

 

Edit, after doing that again this morning, it’s back up and running now.
