In Ticketing Analytics Explorer, where do date filters like “This School Year” or “This Semester” get set.  When I click on “This School Year” the dates are incorrect.

Powerschool


@STPittsinger Thanks for that info! Those dates are populated from Powerschool in the Calendar section (may also be called ‘Academic Sessions’).

I went to your Powerschool app and clicked on the Sync History tab and downloaded the Calendar data:

Which looks like this:

I’m currently checking with our Product Team to see why these dates are one day off. I’ll update here when I have information. Hope this helps start to unravel the mystery!

@STPittsinger Information from our Product Team indicated the dates could be off if y’all were making changes to the Powerschool Calendar while I was also pulling the report and screenshot. Do we think that could be the case? If not, I think you should go ahead and submit an iiQ Support ticket to have it investigated:
