The custom views for school sites (under tickets) show all applied settings which only show open tickets. If I select a school site through the dashboard, it shows all resolved tickets instead of just the current open tickets. It just recently changed and I’m not sure why. Is there a way to exclude all resolved tickets when selecting a school site from the dashboard?
To be more specific, Open Tickets by Location is showing all resolved tickets for every school site within the dashboard rather than just the current open tickets. Hope that helps.
I’ve also been seeing this issue since Monday. Hoping it goes back to normal soon.
