Does anyone know if there’s a way to set a default action time? It could be global, or it could be specific to a particular action, either would be helpful.

@CFOSTER 817ea42 isd623, are you referring to action times for working tickets?

If so, you can set up a Rule under Tickets ‘when Stale’ to trigger a particular action. The rules will be fired when an open ticket sits untouched for at least 1 day. Stale Rules require a "Days Stale" condition filter to run. 


See attached. I want to set this to 5 minutes by default since 90% of our tickets don’t take longer than that.
