Is it possible to have a custom dashboard for different teams/Users?  Can i create it and roll it out to a specific team/User?

@TSaunderslucy 68018b6 motsd Good morning! Currently, there isn't a way to create and roll out custom dashboards to specific teams or users. Dashboards can only be customized by individual users at this time.

There is an open enhancement for this. Please kindly upvote this idea so this is hopefully introduced into the system in the future -https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas/ability%2Dto%2Dshare%2Ddashboards%2Dto%2Dteams%2D2379)

Thanks!

Best,

Ashley

Hey @TSaunderslucy 68018b6 motsd ,

Great question! Each user can customize their own dashboard in their user settings if they click on their name in the top right of iiQ. You can share custom views to your users that they can then add to their own dashboard.

In order to do this, you can create a custom view that you think would be useful to them, for example maybe your technicians need to see all open tickets that are over 4 days old.

You could go into ticketing and create a new view for that. Then within the the view settings share to a team or a specific user.

Once that is shared, they can go into their dashboard settings in the top right of their screen and add the custom view to their dashboard, they can also add any other components they want to see on that page and re-organize each component that’s visible.

Please let me know if you have any other questions on this or if I can clarify, happy to help further if needed.
