Hi all,

Is there a way to create a ticket view that has dynamic filters based off team and location? Maybe iiQ has a permission setting that will do this?

We have 10 locations and 3 roles at each location. I am hoping I don’t have to create 30 views.

Custom views can be created at a ‘global’ level and then shared. Each user’s view will be filtered to include the locations they have permissions to access. 

Example: You have a view created for all your locations but an Agent only has permissions for tickets/users/assets ‘At their assigned location’. That agent will only see items within the custom view they have access to.

Thanks for the info. That works for the location but the agent still sees tickets for all teams at that location.
Was hoping to have the view also filter down to the team but location is a good start.
