I’m grateful for the new Fee Management for Events information that was released. I’m running into an issue where I’m not able to edit the fees that I’ve created. Is this is bug, or am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for bringing this to our team’s attention. Please submit a support ticket for this. 

One workaround is to turn on the flyouts. 😄 I hope this helps and will let you know if I hear any updates. 

 

To turn on your flyout, click on your name top right corner and select Options. Next, navigate to the setting tab. 

 


@Kathryn Carter Thank you Kathryn. My flyouts are already turned on so I’m guessing that’s not the issue I’m having. Can you please tell me the best way to submit a support ticket? I’m not sure I’ve done that before and I wasn’t able to find anything in the Knowledge Base for that.
