is there a way to set up email to tickets to have a specific spot you can put the building name to assign it to that location instead of by the users default location?

Would you be willing to clarify this?  Not quite sure if you want to email someone specific at the building or if you are just emailing people at the building. 


Guess I wasn't very clear. When I mean email. I mean ticket submission via email and having the subject have the location in it to assign it to a location within IIQ


I wonder if this would work for you. 

 

 

 

Have when conditions are met like stated in the article and see if that works.

It could be, I was just hoping not top have to make a rule for each location as there are many. 


I wouldn't think you would have to if you did it this way. 


@RWinchester 977ad07 bcsc Do you want to set the location depending on the location of the issue type? 


We have people in multiple buildings, So I would like the person in 3 buildings to put what location they want in the Email subject and it assign by that.
