Currently we have a few google forms that once an entry is made in the form, a script sends an email to helpdesk.  However the format of that email is difficult to read.  Do you have any recommendations on how this could be improved? Is there a configuration setting for emails coming in that could change?

Thanks for your help

@MRandle 7609a89 vvsd We also have this super cool Customer Spotlight that takes a Google Form submission and creates a ticket using the API (with their script included)!

This might be exactly what you are looking for. Hope it helps!

@MRandle 7609a89 vvsd Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

Many districts use Google Forms to submit tickets. @ADeLacy I know we spoke about this in April. Do you have any thoughts to share?
