We’ve begun using workflow approvers for many tasks but have run into an issue that requires us to find all tickets with a current approver. Is there a way to sort/filter the ticket views based upon the current assigned approver for a ticket?

Thank you. We have many tickets that have pending approvals and are wondering if there is a way to identify all approvals that are sitting with a particular agent / user.

For context, if an employee abruptly leaves their position, we are hoping to quickly identify all ticket workflows that are sitting with them and assign them to a replacement approver in the workflow. Currently we are having to open each individual ticket with pending workflows of a certain type to see if it is still sitting with the employee that has vacated. If it is not possible, we would like to make a request for that to be added as a feature in the future.

@JOWENS 3134d66 hcde If those tickets are assigned to that agent, yes you can! You will just add an agent filter. However, I don’t think we can add who the approval is as a column.
