Is there a way to hide specific issues under Models? If there is I cannot find it. I can choose to only allow agents to see specific issues on all the other tabs, but not under Models. This causes us to put a lot of stuff under the Other Requests section because there are things we don’t want regular users to see. Being able to edit the issues visibility on Models would be a huge help to us!

You definitely can! You have to go to Admin > Issues and on the Models tab, expand the section where your model is listed, there should be an “Issues” button to the right of every model, so you can tailor them individually.

@Amy.York Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

Just as @jclark16 directed, you can adjust the visibility through the issue tab.

Here is the KB guide for your reference:

I know you can change who can see the models….but on individual issues with those models, there is no option to change who can see it, like there is in provisioning for instance. For instance as you can see under Macbook Air….there are lots of issues, but I cannot edit who can see those issue individually. In the bottom image, under provisioning, I can edit who can see those individual issues.

@Amy.York Thank you for your clarification!

This would be an enhancement request. Here is the one in Idea Exchange to upvote and comment on:
