I want to limit the number of emails I receive. How do I update my email notifications?
You can change the type of email notifications you receive by clicking on your username and selecting Options from the drop-down menu.
In the Options window click on the Notifications tab.
From here you can decide when you receive alerts from the following two sources:
- Web Notifications: Controls the notifications that appear for you within Incident IQ itself via the notification center.
- Email Notifications: Controls the notifications you will get through email.

I’m not sure if this has been asked / responded on another post but I could not find it.
Is is possible to configure the fields in the email ticket notification?
I’d like to add the Ticket Title / Subject right above the Issue Description and possible remove other less useful info in the notification.
In the notification I see:
Under Ticket Assigned
who assigned it and to whom
Under ticket Summary:
Issue Description
Device / Hardware
Issue Not Listed
Submitted By
Assigned
Team
Location
Status
