Here’s my example - Several teachers are getting the same error in Lanschool.  Right now each teacher submits a separate ticket and I put them together in a work package.  Is there a better/different way to handle tickets like these?

This is a great workflow question! Many districts work in different ways, and here are different examples of how to handle them: 

  1. Work Packages - you are able to work tickets in bulk by assigning them to a work package! 
  1. Tags - Adding a tag to a ticket will allow you to create a custom view based on that tag. It will also allow you to create multiple other views utilizing the filters feature with custom views.
