How do you create a new action?

Are you referring to resolution actions within a ticket? 

 


Yes, how do I create an action so it is there when anyone needs it.


You can add additional resolution actions by navigating to Admin>Issues. 

Next to each issue type you will see “resolution actions”. IIQ gives you some suggested ones out of the box but you can certainly create your own by selecting “create new action”😁
