that's not what I was asking-  Just not sure how to put it.   When you create new ticket the first screen you come to list software, network, Facilities, etc.   I would like another option here that would be managed under the facilities side.  Like software, network, devices are all under managed under the technology side.  Thank you in advanced for any help.

Hello, @TracieR! I apologize for the misunderstanding. It sounds like you are talking about the page that displays the 5 ticket types. Unfortunately, additional ticket types cannot be added. They can only be renamed.  Thank you for reaching back out and clarifying.
