I have found that any hyperlink I add in my comments is broken and does not open in the email that the recipient or myself receive.  In general the email format is hard to follow with “>” this symbol all over the place.  Is there a way to fix this?

@NLamb 2033b51 district65 Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

Would you mind providing a screenshot example of what you are seeing?

@NLamb 2033b51 district65 I wanted to follow up on this thread. Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Yes here you go.  The word HERE is a hyperlink.  I click on the hyperlink button, paste the link, and choose open in new window and save.

It’s also tough because of the format of the emails too.  Not all of mine look like that but the many that do are hard to follow.

Thank you for any help with either problem 😀

@NLamb 2033b51 district65 Sorry, I am confused. Are you replying to a ticketing email or is this within the comment on a ticket?

when I add a comment in the ticket system and then get an updated email, this is what it looks like quite often.  I only comment and reply in the ticket system.

@NLamb 2033b51 district65 So I worked with support on this one, and it looks like it’s an enhancement request for those links to automatically. Here is a thread with some additional details:

I’m not following.  What I was seeing in this thread was KB Articles but I am using the built in hyperlink option.

@NLamb 2033b51 district65 My apologies; I copied and pasted the wrong comment from my notes. I need some more coffee today and to clean my glasses. 😄

I looked into this with support, and they asked you to submit a ticket. This could be a bug; we need to document it via ticket. Thank you! Here is the link to submit it:
