We are migrating to Incident IQ and currently in the late stages of the process. Is there a way to import active support tickets from another platform (Like Kaseya, or Service Desk). We have quite a few open and pending tickets and having to re-create them one by one would be very time consuming. Importing assets was easy but for the life of me I can’t find a way to do the same with tickets.

There’s no tool accessible on the client side.  I believe support is able to do this for you if you open a ticket for them though.

Incident IQ is able to import tickets from another platform. @Noah_Duncanson  is correct that our support team will be able to help with this process. Please reach out to our support team for more guidance. 

 

 


Is there a reason that we as the client are not able to import the tickets our selves? When asking support to do it, they apparently use the same type of template that you would use to import assets. Can we have this become an option for us? We already can import almost everything else.

That is a great idea to allow users to import those tickets for themselves. Here is an idea thread you can bring life back to about this topic.
