Hello, I have a question about including fees in the ticket. After the the ticket is created and a fee has been processed. The ticket assignee is unable to view what fee do they owe from ticket details. It only explains the status of the asset. How can we include the fee when the assignee goes to ticket details? Thank you

Can you supply a screenshot of where you want the fee to show? Is this for students? Do they have login access to iiQ, or is this from the email notification? 


Yes Its an email sent to the students after the ticket has been generated with the designated status “damage” As you can see from the first image is the ticket that was generated and sent to the student and on the second image is the also an email sent base by the rule thats set when device is checked in and status is damage/broken. All the pertinent information is provided except how much the charge will be according to the damage. The location of the fee maybe in the Ticket Summary? Or in the body of the email showing the summary balance?

 


@Greg T Thank you for adding that information. Currently, there is not a way to do that. This would be a great idea to add to our Idea Exchange. Whether it would be to add that fee tracker invoice into the ticket or to have a rule action to send the email! Love this. https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas
