IQ Not Working?

Anyone having issues where the ticket is not updating? Changing the status or resolving a ticket does not change the view for us even though it says its changed in the timeline.

    We been noticing this happening as well.  There seems to be a lag in the system.  This is not the first time we have experienced this.
