I want to just have a box that has some details in it. Nothing the user can edit, just an FYI of sorts. It would be visible on the final step of the ticket creation process.

Found the answer. Yes, you can. See the “Information” custom field type as described here.

The information custom field would be the way to goA custom message box that can contain both a pre-made message and an image. 😁
