Is there a way to customize the initial 5 Ticket Types in the ticket creation menu?

I see you can rename them in Custom Names, but can you add additional ones or are you limited to 5?


Hi @jhandler. You can only rename the five Ticket Types, and can not add additional ones. Hope this helps.


How do you rename the 5 ticket types? What are the steps?
