I had one of our agents point out to me if a hidden comment is used in a ticket, and that ticket is printed, the hidden comment shows up. I tried printing both the webpage (where I would expect it to show) and generating the PDF (where I would not expect it to show). 

 

Am I missing something? 

Good Morning @bclark  I tried to find a work around for you and currently it looks like it will print the hidden comments since you are looking from the admin/agent side where that comment was made.

I tried to print it on the user end and that side does not show the comments so depending on who you want to print the ticket, it will show/not show. 


Appreciate you checking. In general we prefer our people not print at all but some just like to work that way.
