Sorry if this is answered before (I didn’t find an answer yet). There’s an option to sort tickets by submission date/time, but can you sort them by the date & time of the latest update?

I headed to “Open Tickets” and clicked the drop down (next to ticket) and there is a list of ways to sort your tickets. I hope this helps 😄

Not to re-post in a year-old thread that has been solved but I was looking for a related issue in that I wanted my sort selections to be locked in. For example, if I wanted my view to always default to listing by Submitted Date from oldest to newest rather than being sorted according to priority.

What I found is that if you create a custom view and go to View Settings and go to the tab Columns at the bottom there is a way for you to set how you want that view to always sort.
