I need the data point for when a ticket was created - does this just not exist?

Ah, I found it. It’s called `Submitted On`….
The column you are looking for is ‘Submitted On’ and looks like this:
Don’t forget that you can also organize your custom view by that Submitted Date, either ascending (oldest first) or descending (newest first).
