One issue I'm having is when I select the issues under the default category, they do not appear when I create a ticket, but if I manually create a Category and add issues, they appear when I create a ticket. What am I doing wrong? Also, I would like to have the ability to edit the default Categories.

Also, could you let me know which default categories you are referring to?
