Anyone else seeing issues with the platform this morning? Forms are not loading, jobs not running, pages loading slow…

I don’t see anything on the status page yet so I submitted a ticket.

Did the status page get updated? Still shows no issues and I didn’t get a notification. 


Says all is operational and I'm still having issues...


Hi everyone, our team is currently investigating. Not sure what is going on with the status page but our team is working on it now! 


Status page still shows no issues but I received a reply from support about 30 min ago.

 

We are aware of some performance issues from this morning. Our engineering team is aware and is currently working on fixing this issue. Once I have further information I will update you immediately!
