KB within IQ for users

Can you create a KB within your environment for your team, with vendor support information, quick fixes and guides?

Absolutely, you can. Under “my work” on the left nav, You will select “Knowledge Base.” From there, you can create an article. 

Once you create an article, it can be there for reference for your agents and staff. Here is our kb guide on how to build your kb guides within iiQ:
