We have a user that needs to be able to see only one issue type/category in particular but we don’t necessarily want that user to see all tickets. I have tried everything that I can think of and can’t find any way to do that. Is there a way that I am missing or is this not a possibility?

Currently, you are unable to adjust those permissions. HOWEVER! Here is an idea committed and on our roadmap that you can upvote and comment on to see cross the finish line with our Permissions Overhaul (coming soon). 😄
