Is it possible to make filling out the “describe your issue” box required before a user can submit a ticket?

 

We have many users that ignore this box because it is not required and therefore we don’t get as much relevant information about their issue as we would like. Is this possible in any way?

Currently we cannot make the “describe your issue” box required for all ticket submissions. It is only required for “issue not listed”. This would be a great idea to submit into our Idea Exchange: https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas
