Is it possible to have a monthly ticket report automatically generated and sent to specific users? We have a need to have a monthly report generated that shows all the tickets entered in a given time frame and ticket status/resolution. 

 

Hi ​@kcullen - Not quite yet! This is a feature that has been requested so please search for it in Idea Exchange and give it an upvote. In the short term, you can create a shared dynamic report that will live on your designated users’ dashboard. For example, you could use a moving date range filter that will update monthly for your users. Thoughts?

How would I do this? I think this will be an acceptable solution for now.
