Hello,


I am trying to fire multiple ticket templates on a schedule, is this possible?

For example:

 

At our school, in the 100 wing, I want 6 projector “PM’s” to fire on July 5th on a yearly rotation. Is this possible instead of building each ticket template out individually?

I believe you’d have to create 6 templates to do it via the “schedules” tab on the template itself. Maybe someone can correct me if I’m wrong.


A workaround I’ve found is to create a User Rule on a schedule - so just filter down to a specific user that you want the ticket to be “created by/for” - we used a generic account - and then use the “Create ticket” action. You can select a template from there. You’d just add the action to that rule 6 times if you want 6 tickets.

I actually figured it out 🙂 You have to add multiple assets in one of the tabs under the ticket template.
