We really need IIQ to perform and be available consistently.  This past year we had so many issues with slowness and services being unavailable it is really frustrating.  Today is the first day of school for us and here we are again and cannot check out or look up users to see what devices they have or need because we get blank pages.  User pages that do not show their assigned devices or the constant spinning wheel.

This product is crucial to our daily work and when it does not work it severely impacts our ability to support our teachers and students.

We have noticed the entire platform just getting slower and slower in general as time goes on…
I am beginning to think iiQ doesn’t have the server power or infrastructure to support their rapid growth.

While checking out devices for High School Registration the past two weeks it’s been increadibly slow.  Taking up to 30 seconds to check out two devices.  When you have almost 4000 high school students this adds up.  


We are seeing similar issues here as well.  Also some teachers can submit tickets through My Classes and others can not.

Very sporadic slowness while performing tasks starting 2 days ago with the start of the school year.
