We are currently looking for a way to have our hiring manager enter all requirements from the technology department for new or leaving staff.

Ideally they would be able to start a On or Off Boarding ticket with fill in, yes or no, drop down options that would generate a sub ticket based on the answer. (ie. if the new user needs a computer then they select yes, and a sub ticket is generated).

We only have IIQ Ticketing. Is there a good tutorial that you might be able to direct me to, to accomplish this?

We do not have a written example of this for our non-HRSD users. I have reached out to your CSM to review this, but there will definitely be a heavy lift on your end. You can do this via rules and ticket templates. You would need to have set up your ticket templates ahead of time. Here is the KB guide to get you started. 

Once those templates are created, you will need to create those custom fields, the custom field (which would have to be yes/no), and if it matches, then it will fire the rule. Here is the custom field guide:

Here is a screenshot of the rule I created. If you would like to add even more filtering by adding the issue type, it will ensure it only fires for that issue.
