Our office is going to be closed for the holidays. How do we include an out of office message on every ticket creation email?

Hey ​@MWhited 1874319 heartlandaea and Happy Holidays! One way to automate this process will be by creating a ticket creation rule that will send out an email when the ticket is created. So this won’t make a comment on the ticket, but will send an email out to the submitter that you all are on the holiday break.

 

You can also build some customization for a Holiday Break status ticket where any ticket that is created can change the status of the ticket to Holiday:

 

 

You also have the Announcement app installed so you may also be able to utilize this app as well.
