Why is all my labor being logged as overtime in the Labor Cost and Labor Logged?  What feeds this graphic?

I am looking at analytics under ther the report function , then going to tickets.  There are two graphics.  

 

 

 


@EHall 8973e4d husd22 When your agents log their labor, what is the labor type they are selecting? It looks like they are logging it as over time versus as standard labor. 


It is all standard.  I am not sure why it is capturing this way

 


 


@EHall 8973e4d husd22 I would submit a ticket to support then. It must be something on the back end.
