Hello,

I’m having trouble adding or activating a ticket type category. I want, when users select ‘Device/Hardware’ as a category, for ‘Phone’ to be selectable. I see that ‘Phones’ is a parent category under Model Categories, but I’m not able to find where or how to make phones, or anything phone related, selectable as an issue category.

When you head to issues (under administration),go to the model tab. You can search "phone" and select "show all models". You will then need to select the models that you want them to be able to create tickets for by clicking the drop down arrow and checking the boxes for the phones you have. After you complete that, the mobile phones/smart phones option should become available after you click on “Devices/Hardware”.
